Rules of Roleplay **MUST READ ALL**

Remember: These rules are here to ensure everyone has a fair and fun experience.
First offense will result in a recorded warning.
Second offense will result in a suspension(based on offense)
Third offense will result in permanent ban.
No exceptions. No excuses.

Basic Rules:
-Do not view the map. Use of the map will result in an offense.
-Radar and Player Overhead Display MUST be off at all times.
-Aiming Preference must be set to Free Aim.
-Stay in character at all times.
-All new RP characters begin with $1000, Knife, and Flashlight.
-Use nearby channels in DIscord for conversation.
-Remain in a Discord voice channel at all times during sessions.
-Use #actions in Discord for all Roleplay actions. Actions not posted in #actions will be labeled 'Invalid'.
-Legit deaths result in a 3 IRL day suspension(including current session), and character restart(New RP character). Players with high tenancies to murder do NOT respawn. So if you can't be good, be good at it. Only good players respawn.

Money
-RP Currency is worth 1/2 of GTA Currency, rounded up. (ie: Sanchez is $8000 in GTAO, $4000 in RP.)
-You are in charge of keeping track of your money. All money is considered cash until a Bank and Baker are established.
-Money can be stolen from you at gun-point, knife-point, *or if a pickpocket is successful.
-All businesses, regardless if you are owner or employee, pay a weekly income
-Owner's income is determined by the Admins, and often can be increased by completely responsibilities.
-Employee's income is determined by owner and is deducted from Owner's weekly income.

Vehicles
-You are only allowed one legit vehicle if you do not have a legit property with garage.
-Vehicles purchased from !store on Discord must be stock, unless purchased through the Import Dealer
-No Bulletproof tires. Bulletproof tires will result in an offense.
-Neons and Tint darker than Light Smoke are against the law, but not the rules.
-Vehicles must remain completely unlocked unless on property owned by you, a friend, or a colleague.
-Vehicles that are scrapped stock are worth 1/2 RP buy price, rounded up. Tuned vehicles are +1/2 scrap price, rounded up. (ie: Sanchez is scrapped for $1500 stock, $2250 tuned.)
-Vehicles that are scrapped are gone and cannot be replaced by Mors Mutual Insurance, legitimately.
-Vehicles that are destroyed can be replaced by Mors Mutual Insurance for 1/2 RP buy price, rounded up. Tuned vehicles are +1/2 replacement price.(Exactly like scrapping.)
-All vehicle modifications must be installed by a player mechanic, unless you have a mechanic's license.
-All vehicle repairs must be completed by a player mechanic, unless you have a mechanic's license.
-Modifying or repairing vehicles without a mechanic's license or a mechanic present will result in an offense.
-Sponsored Liveries and Race Decals invalidate the vehicle's street legality.
-Benny's vehicles, as well as certain motorcyles and vehicles cannot be purchased, but must be build or upgraded to.

Weapons
-Fully automatic weapons are legit, but illegal to citizens. Same with silencers, brass knuckles, nightsticks, heavy weapons and throwables.
-It is recommended that you own a Gun Locker, but not required. Mistakes happen, and you don't want to have to sort through your pistols looking for the one you actually own while someone is opening fire on you.
-While officer's are not allowed to fire unless fired upon, they are allowed to shoot your tires.
-You are allowed to carry 1 handgun on your person without 'Weaponwear'(Weaponwear is any clothing that would allow you to carry additional weapons. ie: Backpacks, dufflebags, overcoats, etc.)

Other
-'Legit' means "Within the rules of Roleplay".
-'OOC' means "Out Of Character". 'IC' means "In Character".
-"Fail RP" is an OOC or Invalid action that is declared IC or Valid.
-'IRL' means "In Real Life".
-Military uniforms are not to be worn by civilians. Any civilian caught wearing such, will be charged with Impersonating Military.
-Body armor is not to be worn by civilians. Any civilian caught wearing such, will be charged with Impersonating An Officer.
-If you have an OOC issue with another player, inform an Admin or Moderator. IC revenge will be declared Fail RP and will result in an offense.
-Flipping off police is considered Disrespecting An Officer and is in violation of the law. Whining about said law is considered Immaturity and will result in an offense.
